We used PolyFoam Solutions to fill voids under our back patios and sidewalks and to lift concrete to eliminate tripping hazards. From quote to completion they were responsive, professional, and timely. Our technician was experienced and thorough. We were very pleased with their customer service and technical expertise. We contracted with Polyfoam Solutions to lift and stabilize our front porch, stairs and landing.  We were aware of a significant void for some time and weren't sure how to address it as it appeared to be as much as a foot of erosion below porch and stairs.  We aren't sure how it all remained attached to the foundation.

While the effort required more material than was originally estimated, we were happy to work with Samson to cover the extra materials.

We like the idea of foam being water resistant, strong, and an application that would not require repeated service within several years.

We appreciate being able to support a local (Davis County) company.  We especially appreciate Samson's willingness to work with us through many questions, determining the scope of work and understanding that there needed to be some flexibility given the unknowns.

We highly recommend Polyfoam Solutions as an alternative to the significant expense of replacing large concrete surfaces, stairs and an elevated porch.

We feel more secure with this investment in our home.

Polyfoam came over last Tuesday to make a FREE assessment of my concrete stairs in the front porch that have settled.  Samson told me the stairs couldn't be lifted because they not only settled but also shifted sideways .  I truly appreciated Samson's honest feedback and professionalism. Samson came out to my home for a free quote  on some work I needed done on my garage.  When Samson looked at it, he informed me that there was no issue and some easy DIY ideas.  He didn't try to sell me anything just to make a commission or anything like that. We had Samson come out for a free concrete consultation to ensure there were no foundation leaks (after getting mold remediation), before we do our bathroom rebuild. Living in Northern Utah, concrete shifting is an ongoing battle. Between the intense weather changes and drainage runoff, voids under the slabs are almost inevitable. I am so glad I connected with Polyfoam Solutions to address these issues at my house.

I had three major areas that were in desperate need of repair: my walkway, driveway, and patio. Jason was fantastic! If you are looking for a high quality, low pressure,  responsive, local company to do concrete repair and lifting,  I highly recommend Polyfoam Solutions.  (They also do garage floor coatings, but we have not used that service.) It is quick to get an estimate scheduled. Samson was on time and really listened to what we needed. There were no high pressure sales tactics or lengthy sales pitches to listen to. Jason,  the technician who did the repair was also on time and efficient. A great experience with PolyFoam Solutions. I was texted by Jason 20 minutes before arrival and it was within the promised window. They lifted individual slabs of my patio to level up with the adjoining slabs. They were quick and had me judge their work before leaving. Jason actually pointed out a problem with the corner we had not caught during the orginal inspection and took care of it at no additional cost.

Samson was quick to reach out and visit to provide an estimate an explain what they’d be able to do. Jason just came this morning and fixed it all quickly while I was on a meeting in the house. Super easy, looks amazing (can’t find the original but it had dropped almost 2 inches and another section snapped). Now it’s all level and smooth and ready for our son to skateboard on it again. I had called Sampson and we had set up an appointment for him to get back in touch with me Monday, which he did. He was prompt on time, courteous, and extremely helpful.. He let me know that the situation I have was not something that he felt like he could improve. however he was Very helpful in explaining what he thought I could do to alleviate the problems I was having. Samson and his crew spent four days working hard to repair and lift my concrete.  I found Samson to be very attention to detail oriented and dedicated to doing the best job possible. He really cared about customer service.  He made a point of explaining the process to me and keeping me informed of what was happening. I contacted PolyFoam Solutions and Samson found a way to squeeze me in his extremely busy schedule and provided me with a reasonably-priced bid. On the day of the job, Jason arrived early,  walked me through the entire process and did an amazing job leveling and stabilizing the slab. Polyfoam solutions secured underneath my driveway to prevent further settling. He was a few minutes early, courteous and got right to work. He paid a great amount of detail to the concrete as he filled the voids to ensure he didn't put too much pressure as it is doweled to the foundation with a full rebar grid, which could cause it to break.
