Sinking backyard patio? We can fix that! This North Salt Lake homeowner had several concrete slabs throughout their backyard patio that had settled over time, leaving uneven surfaces and creating potential trip hazards. With plans to turn the space into a basketball court, having a level, consistent surface was especially important.

Polyfoam Solutions used polyurethane foam to lift and level the sunken concrete slabs, bringing the patio sections back into alignment and creating smoother transitions across the surface. Instead of tearing out the existing concrete and starting over, we were able to restore the patio with a targeted lifting process that minimized disruption to the property.
